~~ Gold 4 Rs Threathening Me ~~~ Need help.

Gold selling is illegal, when i talked to paypal about my account and virtual goods for like 2 hours, they said that you need to have a permission from the game that states that. If go to runescape.com, it actually counters it. So gold selling is illegal unless Jagex gives them the right to sell it.

It is illegal, tell me if i am wrong and why?

it is YOU who have to bring up evidence that it is illegal.
simply saying paypal told you so, and they still permit such transactions; cough up some evidence

 

Then Jagex will sue their site much?

 

Get them to finish what you are paying them to do.
Change your password, bank pin and recovs.
Pay them.

+ They can't do fuck all to get your account banned by talking to jagex lol.

 

I don't know but i told them that i did have permession. They stated that it would be illegal if i didn't and i would have to provide proof/evidence of it.

As far as i am concerned, its an illegal business, and i don't think i am wrong.

Just trying to scare you. I'd see what happens. Besides Jagex won't listen to them, and how do they contact them? Your account won't be banned I suggest that people NEVER buy gold/power leveling on any websites. Use a mill shop on sythe.org or buy power leveling here, it's so much more secure and way more professional.

1) it is illegal to sell it and they will probaly get sued by jagex if they found out about them
2)noone would buy from them agen because of it.

Lol don't about this at all, they sent me the same type of emailing claiming that they will contact Jagex and that I will be banned and nothing happened at all.

I had sold them my friends account and then a month later he wanted to play it again so he recovered it back and found an additional 30M+

Then I started getting threatening emails, apparently they had sold the account to someone for a fair bit of money and he got mad and chargedback.

I simply did nothing and after 2-3 emails I haven't seen em at all

 

they're just hustling more money from you. dont do anything. ive gotten that letter twice already and nothings happened. just pay for ur service. let em do it. then leave em alone.

 

hey, be easy, they won't take that, or they don't have any right to do that.
But i know they definitely have a bad service from the letter they sent to you!

 

Best way to get out of that situation is to act liek you're getting your mom involved and act like you're a rich American family. So act like your your mom and give 'em bs about scamming a poor, innocent child and then they wanted my cell so I gave it to them and I put on some crazy accent and eventually I got my leveling for free. Didn't have to pay the remaining 50 bucks or something. I didn't purposely scam them, PP was acting up. But it should work, that's what I did and they got all scared and finished right away.

 

usually you need to confirm your age before ordering through a phone convo., so in most cases this will not work afaik

 

They're a bunch of idiots, just ignore them.
