Slander is accusing or defaming someone or an entity in any way, so being associated in that way or being lied about openly is slander.

That's like saying the lobster at a restaurant uses dog meat as lobster tails.

I know exactly what slander is and hes stating openly "all providers" give him client accounts is misleading, a lie and makes us look bad when its not the case.

Saying "All providers" is defaming all of our names considering who its in association with. Most of our clients would never touch that with a aid infested dick.

This isn't libel or slander. You aren't naming anyone specifically. It's false advertising, and a misleading statement, and in the real world wouldn't be allowed as a slogan (well, depends on where you live I guess).

Yes, this would be libel (presuming it's a written statement). You're directly referencing another party and stating false statements.

He isn't directly referencing anyone. He's referencing a service industry. It's false advertising, not libel or slander.

He didn't reference any company/person/business/etc directly. So, no. If he did, then yes it would be libel...NOT SLANDER.
