lost access to account, 2fa on old phone which was stolen

i was held up at gun point at a tmobile and the guy took my old phone and my new phone before i could swap over 2fa on my apps. i cannot access my account 'jzomerlei'.

i dont exactly know what to do about it.

i also dont feel comfortable posting my contact info here, i can provide it to some one on discord or something.
