Essentially I bought this maxed range tank from him for 160m rsgp on 6/19/2020. Pked on it for a few days and then went on vacation without playing Runescape at all. I come back and eventually decide to check the account and it's banned permanently. I contact the seller about it and he says there's nothing he can do because I agree'd to his ToS. Think it's kinda weird to get a perm ban first offence for RWT when I never even played the account long enough to trigger such a ban, didn't bot or anything as it was already maxed etc. So I'm 99% sure this was triggered on the sellers end. Just not sure if this is alright to sell accounts that have clearly been used for other things as I had no involvement in what happened on the "workers" end. Also account had 0 black marks and as I said was perm banned so they definitely think it was involved in holding large amounts of rsgp.

Is there actually no way to get my money back at all? Like can we just sell accounts that don't even last 4 days and say "oh well your fault?"

I have sold over 23+ accounts and all my customers are satisfied. You must've known that when you agreed to my TOS which says I'm not responsible for any banned actions after handing the account to you.
Account been sold June 19th 2020. after that im not responsible for any actions as my TOS agreement.

 

Account being banned less than 4 days later for Goldfarming. Your TOS doesn't override Sythe's TOS on scamming. Otherwise you can just put whatever in your TOS saying you can recover the account at any time etc etc and it's fine.

 

it will be nonsense if people buy accounts and after few days or weeks they return to the seller and complain that the account got ban and asks for a refund.

let me ask you this, from all my customers that i have sold accounts to, why are you the only one who is complaining about it? Do you think banning your account will get you a refund by accusing me that its my fault?

 

This isn't a few weeks. This is literally after 6-7 hours total playtime of me getting the account and then it sitting there for an additional 2 days and being perm banned for goldfarming. This isn't asking for a refund after using an account for 6 months, doing whatever I wanted on it and then trying to get a refund getting it banned myself. I bought it june 19th, played june 20th-21st, Left for vacation, Came back to it being perm banned lmao. That's like me selling you an account, you logging in on it, it getting banned in 6 hours and me saying "oops, Tos says no, ty for money" like that's a joke right? There's no way you actually think that's an alright account service to provide otherwise account sales would be completely dead as everyone would mass bot accounts, sell them around the time they think they'll get banned and just profit.

 

Also if you want to go by feedback I have more of it than you do on PlayerAuctions with 100% Trustworthiness seller which if for some reason I can provide to mods/admins if trust is a factor in this. Can also show all my recent orders to show the account was not resold on PlayerAuctions or anything and I was the only one using the account in this timeframe and can also message any admins / mods on PA to show this is in-fact my account.

Looking for Mod/Admin to look into this as Gold2Us has expressed no interest in resolving this himself on Discord and has essentially told me to get lost and leave him alone.

The word "essentially" means your responses have not been helpful and you have already said you take no responsibility. Again, we'll wait for an admin decision and if he decides in my favor then I guess you have a choice to make at that point what you want to do. But i'll go through relatively large lengths in at least ensuring everyone knows your accounts are used for malicious activities before you sell them and are at a high risk of being banned

 

Buying Zulrah / Barrows ready accounts i see that you are looking for accounts to use on Zulrah / barrows. Mostly gold farmers are using this method for gold farming. However, this is just a reminder that you have accepted my TOS and you have 100% banned the account yourself.

 

Buying cheap accounts to run a botfarm with isn't the same as buying a maxed rigour tank to pk on sweetheart. Do you know how much time I'd have to bot zulrah to make my money back from this account? That makes no sense on why anyone would do that.
