duel arena scams?

lol, so clearly i knew scammers were at duel arena. First time whiping since like 2007.

So i know to watch out for
food switch
range switch
mage switch on options

chestplate, shield option or amu/helm option being unselected for higher advantage.

so made sure settings were all good, made sure amour was all good. and accepted
never checked inventory or amour slot

lost 35m
lost 70m
then went 150m whip match

accepted, dude pulls out some kind of warhammer and swapped back to spear back and forth lol i lost 150m as well rip. Is there any other scams i need to look out for cus holy tits theres about everything in the book. first two whip matches were legit tho

edit: looking for fast responses itchin to win it back rn, might sell my house.

 

Honestly just dont stake them if they have more than whip/dds/coins in their inventory

 

if anyone is doing a staking method that seems to good to be true/seems to put you at the advantage, it is a scam, steer clear

 

ye, i saw the option but on a video just discussed, setting swapping, or amour restriction scams. o well live and learn

 

Yea man, agreeing with Kanye here. You need to learn it first cause there is a lot of scams these days.

and more.. You need to be careful. Also remember there is more in RuneScape then the duel arena. Don’t put money into something you don’t understand and hope recover it.

hard to find genuine stakers nowadays and most people dont want to session the same person when on a losing streak

 

Watch out for weapon switches such as mace, hasta, rapier, blade of saeldor, and sometimes people use shit weapons to take advantage of last hits.

 

When setting up the stake always make sure your preset is on, and check inv

 

Rapier is the big one. Most of the scams are easy to spot. This one can get you, though.

Always check their inventory and what they have equip prior to accepting. If anything looks out of place, leave. Dont rush stakes.

 

Save your rules for a tent only stake and ensure you do not go second screen until you have the relevant ticks, Then check they dont have a scam weapon and your good to go

Inquisitors mace, Rapier, Hasta or any one-handed weapon offering defence bonuses, Ham joint for tick manipulation, Plate switch / any armor switch / food switch etc. Blade of saelador thing, as well. if you're going to be staking, don't do anything
except whip. Scammers have gotten insane.
