No home ip

My router is called "Home 4G Router", if you search it up you'll understand the situation I'm in right now, I'm not on mobile, none of my IP's are. It's just not a regular DSL router, like I said It's called "Home 4G Router" It's no different than your average router but the only difference is you can just take it with you wherever you travel, hence why I have it. I dont know how to prove these IP's arent from my mobile, I guess because it's a Home 4G Router, when you look up my IPs it tells you I'm on mobile. :/

^ I sent that message to King yesterday who handled my last dispute, was told to post again explaining my situation. He asked me for a photo of my internet bill, to which I responded with "Would an actual photo of my router help my case? Because that I can do easily, just to prove I'm not on my phone mobile network or anything like that. It's a real proper router, looks like any other DSL router but I guess it just appears as a Mobile IP.

The internet bill is not made by me, I live with my parents at the moment due to coronavirus bullshit. I'd have to ask my dad to send me that and I dont even know if it's worth my time doing so for an RSPS selling website lmao, but please let me know if a photo of my router is enough, willing to hold up a piece of paper with my username on it if it helps"
