KINGOF502 is a scammer known as Justin is pure clan.

Explanation of the trade:
I'm in a pure clan , he was an old-school rank and gotten vouches from another old-school and elites in the clan. so i ended up buying a 75 attack 92 str, 25 def, 94 mage, and 91 range. clanning account from him. i ended up paying 88m for the account and paid another 90m for people in the clan to work on the account for me. we did the trade over TeamSpeak as that's the main communication app most clans in runescape use. we were talking over teamspeak then once we made the trade he sent me the info of the account via discord. In the clan he goes by "justin" and has changed his discord name multiple times since he sold the account to me. discord names since he sold the account to me "Jus", "Six dds" and currently "kingof502"
Amount scammed: 88m for the account. 90m ish from quests, untradeables and range,mage,str, to be trained up to 97.
How they scammed: He left the clan in rage and before leaving the clan he was bagging to sell other pures for cheap. since July 1st, I have gotten 3 password change requests on the account, once i saw those emails it got me thinking. so i messaged him on discord and he blocked me. so then i started doing my research and it turned out he bought the account off someone that is very trusted. so then i got in contacted with them to ask if they sold him the account. and during that conversation they told me "justin" or "kingof502" told them the account was stolen and has asked them to recover the account for them.

He scammed by selling me the account then 1-2 months later telling the original owner the account was stolen in hopes he would get the account back for himself to resell or use since its almost maxed.

Zora also confirmed that they sold him the account, then he resold me the account and then later down the line told Zora the account was stolen and asked for it to be recovered. This is extremely scummy. i can provide screenshots and vouches from people in the clan stating I bought the account from him and i can also provide people vouches that worked on the account for me. everyone that i paid to do stuff on the account were also in the zenith pure clan but they were legit.

This is a shitty situation because your account may be compromised, but since you haven't actually lost possession of the account there's sadly not much we can do here.

I spoke to @Zora about this, and apparently those recovery attempts were his. Here's my understanding of what happened:
1. Dale bought an account from Wally
2. Wally claims someone (?) recovered an account from him (but there is no proof of this)
3. Wally asked Zora to recover the account that Wally sold to Dale, but Zora did not know that Wally had sold that account to Dale because everything happened over TS without picture proof Zora could have checked
4. Those recovery attempts were therefore Zora's
5. Right now, Dale still has control of the account Wally sold to Dale, and Zora will not submit any more recovery attempts on behalf of Wally

And Wally will be banned for attempting to scam Dale. He is welcome to report whoever recovered an account from him.
