Explanation of the trade: So i bought an account on May 02. On may 03 the account got locked, tried recovery the account with the recoveries he provided. I got denied even when he told me to change ip to sweden. I then got a VPN and i connected to SWEDEN AND BOOM denied again. Hes a snake
How they scammed: Hacked the Account back. Gave me false recoveries

Can you share the ToS you agreed to at the time of the sale? Also why did you wait 10 weeks to report this?

Either way, it seems like the recovery happened a day after the sale, which means @sinkovsky is liable for helping @Foxboroughrs12 get access back to the account he bought, or a refund must be provided if that is not possible.

 

Bruh i been trying to contact Sinkovsky in order to give me a refund, and this mans been avoiding me, and i asked him today on site if you dont help me get the account or refund me ill make a post, and he repsonded right away saying feel free, so here i am

 

I honestly didnt take pictures of the trade screen, but we used a MM i just have to look at who we used. And as the TOS, he didnt specify a TOS like most account sells, he just had at the top of the post saying he will take full responsibiliy since he was selling for his best friend IRL. Also i know the recoveries he gave me where wrong becuase he said the account was created in 2017 and when you go in hams it estimated it to be made in 2018 so yeah he fucked me hard.

 

First of all, it got locked i helped him unlock it.
Second of all, he resold the account after losing like 3b gambling and he posted screenshots in WDR discord of him losing. He literally has a post on sythe to which @Online asked me to verify, note the date which he pms me and price matches etc. Pretty sure u can see the superfluous SOLD yet he claimed to lose it 3rd of May?

Next off, he sold the account to a guy for btc using obamaphobic as a middleman, was for 200$ btc. Then he mass flooded recoveries etc was told by vlexxos the guy he sold it to. The guy he sold it to still has the account.

Coincidently enough he changed his name on discord yesterday. He's trying to recover the account back from the guy vlexxos who he sold it to.

@Superfluous submit a recovery with identical information hmu I'll share screen what I gave. If dude can't get an approved recovery after spamming 4 a day on a free vpn doubt its my blame. Info is correct.

Just don't have logs of being in a group 2 months ago, regardless I mentioned to them both once foxborough resells it I won't take responsibility considering he owns recovery information. Would be moronic for me to pass up on this account to rebuy like offered by him to me for 100$ if the recovery info was not true

LOL. @Vlexxos is your mate. I sold him the account for 200$ 2 weeks after I sold him the account he charged back the 200$. He started flaming me. I told him I can get you to unlock the account. He then told me that I don’t have the correct recoveries. I’ll post screens when I get off work.

 

And btw, the account you sold me was a scammed account on Playerauctions in 2019

@sinkovsky has no obligation to help recover an account that @Fox has resold when his customer happily has control of it. As a result, @Foxboroughrs12 has been DNT'd for attempted scamming.
