How they scammed: User wanted to refund me, i agreed only if he was paying for the fees i sent.
Since he is the one refunding i want to receive what i sent back, not whatever he received.

This kid is straight braindead. He was given a sponsorship in my server July 13th - September 1st. He sent the BTC at 12pm yesterday. At 4pm, the BTC was still not confirmed. I created his Channel and Rank, but waited to @ everyone him and roll his giveaway until I received 1 confirm (simple practice) .... I pm'ed him at 11:30pm and told him it's been finally received. He messages me this morning saying "You had the BTC the whole time. didn't need to wait for 1 confirm, 500 vouche people don't double spend" ..... I told him i'll give him his money back because I don't want to accommodate braindead people.

 

if you want to refund, refund the costumers payment.

Perfect example:
i sold my account for 300 in fractions, the costumer payed me 250$ on friday and $50 on sunday
Saturday btc value drops half in value leaving me at 125, but the costumer still PAYED 250.

Same happened here, just on a way smaller trade but i dont care.

I told him this BEFORE the payment was sent too, he himself decided to refund it and sent less, which is on him, since there is no good reason to refund when payments received.

 

My guy, you are still typing and updating your messages. I understand this $1 feeds your family but just let the Admins take it from here. First your braindead report on Limiq, now another one on me. Relax boss

 

Than dont sent refunds that werent agreed, and dont ignore all the stuff i told you.

For me the $1 is super irrelevant, and it doesnt matter if its a dollar or 100 dollars.

In the future, it would be good to agree whether you are sending $26 and expect to be refunded $26 regardless of BTC fluctuation, but it seems like 0.0026 BTC was sent and 0.0027 BTC was refunded here.

Either way, I'm going to close this given that the report is for under a dollar, and I don't think either of you is trying to scam the other. Save your brain cells and trade with other people in the future if you find it difficult to work with one another.
