Requesting a pardon

I have provided more than enough proof that I am the owner of The_Krzy and The_Krzy2. I sumbitted an appeal last night for the The_Krzy. The appeal got accepted by Mod Gen and Mod Gen had said they would change my log in email to The_Krzy to the email that I had requested. This had no happened. I have now been put on as a DNT and cannot communicate with anyone! My account The_Krzy is still being used and I cannot connect with any Mod to provide ID and evidence that I am the owner. Please help me!!!
