Explanation of the trade: had ordered multiple services with him, the last one was a fire making order, he’d just finished smithing and it rolled onto the next order, although I’ve logged on to see it completely wiped of all value, even dropped my graceful outfit

How they scammed: him or a worker on my next order rolled over took all my things of value which I needed on the account to complete order, wasn’t excessive value thoughtlessly left on the account

these screenshots are of items bought to complete services and them not being in my bank anymore, when I logged on I had nothing equipped at castle wars bank, was meant to be at wintertodt. Haven’t heard from him since. I mean he even dropped the graceful, that’s just tasteless

 

There’s also the $25 bitcoin I paid for the fire making that never started on top of the 50m in game currency

 

@Superfluous we’ve been speaking on discord since and I’m just getting told it’s a false accusation and no proof I didn’t fake it but no proof it wasn’t his worker either, the issue were finding is that he’s told me to remove wealth for orders but the wealth on the account was needed to complete a previous order, it looks like this will need to be decided by management here as we cannot come to a mutual resolution on the issue, he won’t take responsibility and I’m basically being told that I’m lying about it or that my pc was compromised, he also has said that the worker was asleep at the alleged time of the wipe, but I know for a fact that the play at the time because I’ve been on my alt and seen the account online at that time before completing previous orders. But anyways please discuss amongst yourselves to come to the best decision, as we can not come to any sort of agreement. Thanks.

Service was refunded but can’t get him to take responsibility for the bank wealth getting cleared from the account, I’m in not position to make him do anything so if that’s the decision could you pls let him know, won’t listen to me, thank you for your assistance with this
