AP2010 trying to extort 1.1b?

Explanation of the trade: Was going to buy my max main for 1.1b + 600m in future increments.
Amount scammed: zero, attempted extortion?
How they scammed: This is quite humorous when you see it in hindsight. This guy had me fill out a scam template with my info before he went first which I said was sketchy at the time. I told him my name was Dex O Mighty, he says “confirming 1.1b to Dex 0 Mighty” and I say “My name is Dex O Mighty”. I trade him and say trading you then he says he paid me. I primarily use mobile so hard to switch between discord, sythe and mobile RS (sometimes in game character gets force logged out). It’s clear he did not pay me and is going to try to extort me for 1.1b since he had my fill out my own scam template lol. I told him to record the transaction multiple times as well... doubt he did it. I blocked him on discord because he kept calling me and it’s almost 11 PM.
Proof that it's their Discord: I’m in bed on mobile but I’m sure he’ll verify it is him... will provide proof if necessary in morning.
