DNT vading appeal?

Background information
My account is Kulu (reason for ban - kulu - DNT Vading)
and I have been banned for being associated with Jimitheskin.
My friends account (Jimitheskin) has been banned for the following (Jimitheskin).

I am from Glasgow, Scotland, UK
Jimi is from Yorkshire, England, UK

The scenario:
Long before I became mates and started working with Jimi he used to do questing jobs for people on sythe. My brother introduced me to him through this service (cause his rates were low) and he did this job for him for ds2 (which is the review he left for which Jimi got banned).



Since he provided a good service and was a relaxed lad, I then decided to work with him and make a discord channel with him (on around 18th May) to be able to work together to expand these services to more people (me doing the skilling/minigame side and him doing the questing side).



As we continued to work together, it became apparent that sometimes Jimi was not able to bump his threads due to work and this is where he allowed me access to his account in order to be able to bump if he couldn't do so.



During this time, I never bumped threads on Kulu account as I knew that it was against the rules and only did it on Jimi's (whenever he couldn't do it).



What I would request from the appeal admins on this case is that they do a backlog check on IPs, if they can do this they will see that at the time when my brother gave a vouch for Jimi, Jimi was not sharing his account with me as we were not working together.



If you could do this IP check I would be grateful as it would show two seperate IPs as I am based in Glasgow and he is a 5 hour drive away in Yorkshire.



I would also like to voice my sadness in this matter, as I was banned with no prior notice given and feel to be victimized as this was done by an ex-mod right after he took my 100$ donation.



I feel like an appeal is the best way to get my side of the story known.



This was not professional at all and if he had queried me on the scenario beforehand or carried out the relevant IP checks it would be apparent that I am not in the wrong.



I would like you to read this appeal thoroughly and provide me with a response including the things you have checked to get to this decision.

Your offenses are relatively minor so the best thing to do now would be to Request a Pardon and explain things fully. Staff will vote on it and will then make a decision about whether or not you can rejoin the site right now. Thanks for your patience.
