PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

I would like to make a suggestion about PlayerAuctions. I hope you can convey the message to the right department:

In many "Accounts" sections, you will find sellers listing pages after pages of similar offers for sale such as Haidi1408 in the "League Of Legends Accounts" market. This massively lowers the visibility of the offers of newer sellers with very few feedback numbers. Potential buyers usually never go past the 3rd page. Moreover, they get the impression that there is only one seller in a particular market.

So, my suggestion is that you should implement a quota system: one seller be allowed to list a maximum of say 15 offers in one particular gaming section. This will allow the newer sellers to get more exposure and have an opportunity to sell their offers and disallow old sellers to monopolize markets. This will also provide more diversity. So, buyers will feel like they have more offers to choose from. Ultimately, this will benefit all parties.

 

I have a question about Order #6304513, I sent in all of my verification of payment documentation that was requested and still no response. Can I get some help?

PlayerAuctions seems to be slower than usual, and I have been encountering that "500 Internal Server Error" a lot recently. Is any maintenance going on?

I have a problem creating offers. It started yesterday. When I select a game, no option appears to select a server. I tried WOW classic, and path of exile. I tried using different browsers, firefox, chrome, opera without success. Any help would be appreciated.

in the order 6379378 - the buyer accepted the dispute - i won and it says its solved but the status is still: disputing and the money is held for a few days now

 

Hi Crazy. Can you PM me a screenshot that shows it has closed successfully? On my end it hasn't closed yet, and it says pending acknowledgment. Kindly check if you or the buyer forgot to confirm his end; else, it may have bugged out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Cartman. Your orders were slightly delayed and the disbursements were scheduled last Friday. It didn't reach the cutoff for that day and since we do not send disbursements during weekends, this may only start getting processed this week, Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience. The good thing is that both orders do not have a dispute so you are good to go.

 

Please check your PM inbox. Almost all orders these days are getting stuck at verification.
