UI Question

Not sure why prior thread was closed or who closed. Did not get any assistance besides an ex-mod advising he has questions on this as well lol... the question wasn't the month time frame but more so for the fact that it was denied in the perk center & advised it is not handled in perk center... but didn't advise of where else this is handled. I simply tried to request my UI being changed to something else, this was denied.. I then tried to remove it completely and this was denied.

If it's being denied in the perk center & the reason for the denial is this is not handled in the perk center.. where do I go?

I don't see your post on the username change request thread. When did you have your name changed?

As for this message, it could just be bad wording. You can't change your UT for 6 months after the date of your name change. If it's been longer than 6 months then I would post your question here (or just link to this thread): https://www.sythe.org/threads/site-problems-thread/

To clarify and avoid any confusion... when I see a user title request in User Center from someone with a current title of “Formerly known as X” I reject it. I don’t go looking for when the user name change was to determine whether or not it’s been long enough.

If you (other admins) would prefer I ignore those requests so you can handle them, I’m happy to do so. Otherwise I’ll assume that users need to contact a staff member or use a request thread to change their title for the first time after a name change and continue denying said requests in UC.
