UI Question

Not sure why prior thread was closed or who closed. Did not get any assistance besides an ex-mod advising he has questions on this as well lol... the question wasn't the month time frame but more so for the fact that it was denied in the perk center & advised it is not handled in perk center... but didn't advise of where else this is handled. I simply tried to request my UI being changed to something else, this was denied.. I then tried to remove it completely and this was denied.

If it's being denied in the perk center & the reason for the denial is this is not handled in the perk center.. where do I go?

Can we see the message? It's not clear to me what you are referring to.

 

Perhaps @Matthew can shed light on this? I did not want to bother him originally as I figured a thread like this would help.

To clarify and avoid any confusion... when I see a user title request in User Center from someone with a current title of “Formerly known as X” I reject it. I don’t go looking for when the user name change was to determine whether or not it’s been long enough.

If you (other admins) would prefer I ignore those requests so you can handle them, I’m happy to do so. Otherwise I’ll assume that users need to contact a staff member or use a request thread to change their title for the first time after a name change and continue denying said requests in UC.
