Explanation of the trade: We agreed on 200$ for me to post in his discord channel to advertise my channel. After a while I realized that not many people were buying from his discord and I was getting more sales from posting in public discord markets. When I checked I realized this dude didn't even lock the channel and it was turned into a place to talk. Some people were even asking whos selling and where to buy my services from. If he had locked the channel just like the other sponsorship channels this wouldn't be a issue.

He told me he remove/kick people who sold without his permission

First off, our first agreement was that I get 100k for every sale. In his first day of selling primes he told me he sold 200 twich prime accounts so I should be earning 20m in comission Imgur and he started complaining about it - that he is basically acting like he is my bot (those are his own words Imgur) and that I earn to much in comission.
Then we both agreed that I will make him a channel - instead of the usual comission - and give him "twitch prime" rank in my discord Imgur , I made a channel called "twitch prime membership" where he could post as much as he would like and sell there as much as he wants.
I also went the extra mile and gave him a shotout on my youtube channel as well. He is still owes me 42$ which he did not pay for yet. I told him to keep it because of his lack of sales, but because of the ways he does business and how he operates, i'd like to be paid in full amount (including the 42$ he owes).

Btw, the only reason why he is getting low sales is because there are other cheaper alternatives. As seen in the first screenshots, he is a re-seller. People also don't buy that much now due to the fact that ban rates are increased on twitch prime. He also states that he didn't notice me not locking the channel - when in fact he did notice, he even engaged with people there a few times (proof: Imgur ). In his own screenshots people were tagging him to buy.

edit: in his own gifs there is nobody selling there, if you look through them there are actually people saying that they tried to contact him to buy primes, but he did not respond

 

1. You have deleted the whole channel so cant even go back to see the dates

2. You just said in a youtube video you have someone who sells in your discord. You didnt link my server in youtube description you just linked yours

3. If people were to join from the youtube video and they went in the channel they wouldnt even be able to see my server link. So stop trying to act like a hero by saying "You did a shoutout on your youtube channel".

4. You told me that if you see others selling in the discord you will ban them which is a lie.

5. That 42$ I owe you is going to be removed since I have left the discord and dont want the sponsorship anymore. There is still 9 days left. If I paid 200$ for the month you can do the math on that which is why I put amount scammed 100$

6. Since i paid u 200$ and for at least 15 days the discord was like, which is why I would like half my money back. Asking for 60$ back

7. Also lets not forget how I was new to advertising prices and you told me 200$ is a reasonable price but then come to find out you charged someone few days ago 75$. I asked members with 3k people in their discord and they ask for 50$ a month and I even asked you if 200$ if good rate. You told me Ill make my money and loads of people will buy. You said at least 500-2k buys. You even promised if sales slow you will purchase primes for me. Overall you went back on your words many times.

8. I knew NotaBot when he barely had any subs or people in his discord and I had more. I gave him the idea of selling a botting guide which he promised he you split sales with me. He has sold numerous copies in his discord

So if we want to bring up the past I will like to be pay a % from your botting guide sales, Im not talking about the ones I had to resell on HF im talking about the ones u sold without even messaging me you were done with the guide.

2. Yes, I said we have a seller in the discord - you had the twitch prime role, I was reffering to you.
3. They werent be able to see it because you barely posted there and barely responded to the questions people had to you. You did 0 customer service to them, you can see in the channel people were trying to buy from you
4. I did ban, or warn them and delete their message, proove me wrong
5. Yes it will be paid or I will dispute you, read #1
6. Your sponsorship is still running, the fact that you left my server is not my problem
7.I told you this before, I charge the sponsorships different in my channel, If I have 1 gold seller I charge him lets say 150$ but if i have 10 gold sellers I charge 15$ ea. Same thing applies for you, if i had only you with twich prime its normal that I charge you more. In conclusion, I dont think this will be in your favour, twitch primes are not allowed on sythe anyway, I am waiting for the 42$ refund. You can DM me from "AWAKENGP" so you can send me the money.

 

Well this report is a mess.

My understanding is that you agreed to $100 + [primes] + $42 (yet to be paid) = $200 for a month of advertising. As far as I can tell @AwakenGP.com still owes the $42 regardless of whether he wants to stay in @Not A Bot RS's channel for the entire month.

If there are specific terms that NABRS violated then I can see you having a case, but you would need to make a clear, concise case as to what terms were violated.

 

Thats your opinion and not a fact, our guide has plenty vouches and your opinion is irrelevant. I gave him his channel, gave him "twich prime" role. He was fully aware that the channel isn't locked: proof here: Imgur

Edit: I also want to point out it was his idea to pay for sponsorship. Our original deal was that I get 100k for every sale he makes and because my comission in the first day was 20m he started complaining that its too much, then he calculated its better he pays monthly for sponsorship. Imgur

Also he had made a discord channel that was locked and only had my link. For some reason he deleted it and started a new channel

Even in the bottom you can see people asking where they can get primes from. I didn't realize that it was like that after like 10 days of me paying for a sponsorship.

@Superfluous my case is that I paid money for something and he half assed the deal. He also goes back on his words by saying he will ban other sellers. He also took advantage of me by charging me that rate. I was new to advertisements and asked is 200$ normal rate and he told me yes.
"I charge the sponsorships different in my channel, If I have 1 gold seller I charge him lets say 150$ but if i have 10 gold sellers I charge 15$ ea." That is a lie because RSVOID is the only person advertising a whole forum/website and he only paid 70$ like 3 days ago. Stop trying to act like you didnt take advantage of me.

 

You agreed to the $200 deal after backing out of the original 100k/customer deal. It's not an offense to charge people different amounts for advertising, and it's not his fault you agreed to a $200 deal in this case.

@Not A Bot RS can you guys come to some sort of agreement here? I still feel the $42 owed should be paid but if you want to work something out that's fine by me.

 

Sure its up to him but it is less than 42$. I calculated 20m on each acc not on each sale, so commission wasn't even supposed to be 20m

Ya I was trying to do 100k per sale. So if someone had bought 10 accounts I would considered that 1 sale and give him 100k which is more realistic. He told me the monthly option was better because he realized he would get more money that way. Anyways will wait for him to come online

 

He paid for the ad somewhere on the 15th of may, he mentioned he realised about the channel being locked 10 days later - yet - he didint say antything 10 days later, he said it now. He also tries to put the blame on me, that it was my idea of sponsoring the channel when it was clearly his! He started complaining about my payouts. Imgur I want the 42$ dollars re-paid.
