Unsure

I'm going to be deleting this message because there still may be a chance both of these users will go through with their word and I would prefer not to spook them into doing something stupid.

However I want to know I can take action if I so desire.

User in question : GFX < not tagging him bc i dont want to spook him if he's still getting notifications on his email.

I had told him to take as long as he needed but its been 90+ days and hes completed about 50% of our agreed upon work and hasn't touched a single thing in over 50 days.

Was sympathetic to him and still do but with the way hes scamming others and responding to said scams I wanted to post this and if you say I can charge back the $ I sent him with paypal I would prefer to do this since by not having the graphics he promised its costing me money without said GFX.

Proof he hasn't completed my work and is still delaying it... He's known since march he wasn't able to do other peoples work yet has been collecting money off others for the last 90 days and there's no telling how many people never reported him and just accepted the loss.

Second report / request. I'm not sure if this user here has a Sythe account I didn't save it to his account folder but he supposedly had his "paypal hacked" and he reported transactions weren't made by him and im almost 100% sure he just went gambling / bought gold now wants his money back.

He's charging me back for $250 for an account I sold him, he said he was going to send the account back to me last night and never did but I would like permission if he doesn't do so today I can recover the account back.

Do not make edit history/private reports - There's no reason for this to be a private report so I unhid it.

I'm not sure why you included two reports in the same thread, but I assume the other one is associated with Josue ortiz. If you want to make a scam report on him please make a new thread and fill out the template.
