Reporting Damooshka On Behalf Of Another

I approached @BlackBlasses on Discord in regards to this and was advised to create a thread. I will preface this information by noting that I'm at a loss as to why @Damooshka shared this information with me. We're not close friends, in fact at this point I'd only known him for about a week or so. I'm not sure if what I have here is worthy of a Report A Scammer thread, I only know that it feels like @sandman0420 has been cheated out of something I'm sure he worked quite hard for. I've attempted to get in touch with @sandman0420 but unfortunately haven't had any success. In lieu of @sandman0420 filing this report himself, I feel it's only fair that I shed light on this information, not for any personal gain, but because I wouldn't want it happening to anybody else.

I believe @Damooshka has cheated @sandman0420 out of recompense for a ban for which his worker (@BelmontQuests) and thus he, is liable for. I believe @Damooshka misled @sandman0420 and refused him any meaningful recompense.

I approached @Damooshka as I was looking to have some training done. Terms were agreed and the training was due to start. There were numerous delays on both sides, but what made me withdraw from the job was some information @Damooshka divulged in regards to his worker. It seems @BelmonQuests had violated a number of @Damooshka's ToS, resulting in various bans for customers. I understandably felt uncomfortable allowing such a person on my account, so I requested a refund. To @Damooshka's credit, he understood completely and recompensed me in full. I thank him for this.

However, there were some revelations in regards to the way @Damooshka runs his training services that I simply cannot ignore. Between myself, @Damooshka and @BelmontQuests there was a private Discord group chat for the purposes of my training job. Following the refund, @Damooshka fired @BelmontQuests publicly in said group chat, citing that @BelmontQuests had failed to use a VPN resulting in the ban of a customer account, and also that he'd allegedly botted Agility for an ironman job, again resulting in an account ban.





It seems @Damooshka had accepted a job from @sandman0420 for Agility training on his ironman. During the course of this training, @BelmontQuests had supposedly botted, resulting in a ban on @sandman0420's account. This had come to light when @BelmontQuests had sent a progress update of the experience tracker in game.





This is where logic fails me. @Damooshka seems to be adamant that @BelmontQuests botted @sandman0420's ironman, and yet he doesn't think he's liable? Time and time again during our conversation, @Damookshka expresses condolences for the ironman account being banned all the while fervently and unequivocally accusing his worker of botting, and yet denying it to @sandman0420 and refusing liability. How is that fair? You ban an ironman, close to 2k total, that someone has spent - in @sandman0420's own words - 500-1000 hours on, knowing full well that your worker is liable, and yet you're not liable?

The icing on the cake is @Damooshka (again, no idea why) sent me the screenshots of his conversation with @sandman0420, in which he infers that the ban is @sandman0420's fault and falsely saying that the work was "handdone by my worker".








What's strange is that @Damooshka comes across as genuinely apologetic that @sandman0420's account was banned, he just won't take responsibility. I don't think he's an evil guy, he just has it in his head that he's not liable for the damages his worker has cost. In @Damooshka's defence, he offered @sandman0420 15m, but that's nothing. He lied to @sandman0420's face about why his/her account was banned, accuse them of being at fault and tried to hush them with a fraction of what the account was worth.

Like I said; I don't know if this was worthy of a Report A Scammer thread, all I know is that the following don't add up;

Note; I would have come forward with this information sooner, I was awaiting @sandman0420 to get in touch with me so he could file this report himself.

As stated in my tos I am not liable for any bans As it is always a risk, my worker was actually handling this order at the time he was working with me @BelmontQuests I ended up firing him after this incident. This is the first ban that’s occurred throughout my services I offered the guy a partial refund cuz I have to be fair to the worker and pay him his hours, hopefully he will respond soon on this matter. I’m currently not home but will keep checking in on my phone. I will also upload a couple screenshots between me and my worker

Just read another thing, I didn’t offer him 15m, I offered to give 15m to my worker for his hours, and refund 105m to the customer

 

Ya I figured out the worker ended up botting the order because he stated 7 of his own accounts were banned

 

In short, the worker placed his deposit with me, then I proceed to give him this order (first order). He is a $100 sythe donor so I didn’t expect him to bot this truly.

I refuse to give Belmont his deposit I will happily give it to the victim of that Ironman account instead.

 

Another thing please check the dates when I started suspecting that he did bot, I didn’t pay attention to the first update he sent me, I just forwarded it to the customer. 2 days ago (06/07/2020). I reviewed the exp rate and suspected something and told him that it’s not a legit xp rate. As for the customer he was wayy to pissed at me and ended up removing me off discord. He didn’t care for a refund which I would understand what’s a refund compared to his account.
