Logitech G X Pro Gaming - doesnt work??

Heyo!

So, I just bought this headset, and of coruse it doesnt work..

The mic won't register or anything, I can't get it working. I've tried everything.
Do anyone have a solvution?

 

Never used the headset, but do you have Logitech's G Hub downloaded? That would be a good start. Are your audio drivers updated? And is your graphics card updated?

 

Everything is updated, and I have Logitechs g hub, but even that says that I have no mic input.
I'm going crazy...
I have tried everything on youtube, google and such, still nothing works.

 

Have you tried the other mic jack on your pc? If so and it didn't work I would suggest asking for a replacement for DOA or BOA.

Also, make sure there is no switch or lever that activates and deactivates the mic... in case you haven't.

 

Dead on Arrival or Broken on Arrival.

 

I have checked that, and did voice check with and without activation of it. Just gonna check on laptop, and see if it's the same problem.
Yeah, I would go to the store tomorrow for the BOA/DOA if it keeps on going

 

Logitech is a good company, but there are always bad batch's so you might have just gotten unlucky... let me know if you fix it somehow though, I'm interested.

Ah, bad luck man. I hope whoever you bought it from doesn't give you any crap, good luck.

 

What about your drivers? Is it possible one of your jacks is disabled in device manager?

 

I’ve been in the device manager and all of it are enabled and works perfect. Even tried to uninstall them and so on, but still nothing

 

What about a splitter? One cable in the audio and another in the microphone port?

 

Still doesnt work, so it has to be a manifacture fault. Although I want to use the USB for better effect

Got the headset replaced and had them trying to out before I went home and it worked.
At home it also works, so yaaaaaaaaa
