Ridiculous that @Pikachu let this guy off scamming a service provider no screenshots is not proof of botting.

 

You cannot dispute a report that does not involve you.

To clarify, you're just disputing a past ruling. There is no new information here. That's why I closed your thread.

 

I'll have the original user report it then; because i don't see where pikachu said he doesn't have to pay. Also to clarify; in the original image they agreed on the arrangement and then he just tacks on after "Please screenshot levels" thats not "screenshot levels or you won't be paid" please insinuates a courtesy not a contractual statement

 

If that report still isn't resolved then one of the users involved needs to explain what's going on and why they're unsatisfied. You saying "hey I disagree with that" isn't a valid report, but do encourage them to come forward if they feel things are still unresolved.
