Your the owner of a leading MMO cheating site called sythe.org, yet you are going to be going to court for your MMO to get copyrighted, how do you expect for them not to know whom you are. Once they do find out, you'll be in major trouble.

Uhm, I LOL'ed at your $5000 for the developers. It's probably gonna take $50000 just to get the game somewhere, Jagex spent MILLIONS on there stuff.

lastly, Your gonna cheat for your own game. The game will be bloody stupid, it will not be a game, it will be, whomever is richer irl. Please don't spoil it like that, it's not a MMO then, it's a business.

Yea this is a fantastic idea! However, when you say you want to make it more "skill" orientated do you mean to say like a real-time game? Kind of like how WOW is real time? There is also the question of how to make this fit in with those of us who have a relatively crappy computer and cant afford to go out and buy a new one. If there are going to be alot of people, think of the ungodly lag that will follow. God save those of you who intend to play this someday with a shitty computer.

While I am interested in the idea of the above mentioned MMORPG, anything Runescape about it turns me away from the idea. I've played my fair share of Runescape while I was younger and grew tired of it. And there are PLENTY of private servers out there already. Why make a privater server of a game that most, if not all of us are already familiar with?

I suggest going for something new. For instance, I doubt very seriously that any of you have played a game entitled "RYL". It's a fun, game with the most unique combat controls that I've ever played. The PVP aspect of it is great, and although there are private servers of the game, only one has ever flourished.

I believe many of you would actually find that enjoyable, but I could be wrong.

TL;DR: Go with a new game, rather than Runescape.

 

Good Luck Sythe.com on making a MMORPG, gonna need a lot of C++ knowledged people to be able to finished this humongous project.

This MMORPG is gonna fail anyway. Everyone just wants to make a carbon copy of WoW/RS.

 

I believe they call that Adventure Quest.
