Wrongful TWC dispute

Link to/reason for TWC: Not sure, False report from a guy named "@Takuyaaaa" & his friend that basically stated I refused a MM. Which is FALSE and even if it was true, not against the rules plus they showed nothing... ( I have all messages with him still)

-This also happened a long ass time ago.

List of vouches since receiving TWC:Not sure been inactive,completed only afew small trades.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: All that happened was the guy went to meet me in game to sell me about a 100$ worth of gold. He told me the location & i simply said i don't want to send him all the money first, the reason being is he had literally no vouches and i have thousands of USD traded worth. He then immediately logged in 07 after he was told he won't be sent the cash up front and cut ties with me. He didn't want to use a MM at all. I simply told him I will warn people/friends of him obviously scamming and he then from anger made a false report with his friend lying even tho he was the one who didn't wanna use a MM.

Anything else you wish to say: It's worth noting this SAME GUY was BANNED legit like the same or next day after he got me a TWC...the staff member who gave me it new i did nothing wrong and even said that even if i denied a MM that's not a punishable rule. Yet i still was given this when the guy posted ZERO proof & the accusations against me weren't even illegal acts, plus I have our convo and he NEVER discussed a MM with me at all. It's very wrong what happened to me and i haven't been active on sythe really since & is why i never disputed yet. I felt the staff member knew he wrongfully gave me that but he was maybe friends with him or some shit, i really don't know. Most staff on here are great/nice people i will say from experiences over the years though.

*edit: the guy who lied and made the report as his name is stated above, apparently is now not allowed to trade on sythe market FOR SCAMMING ONLY 27$. Not to mention was temp banned the following day for scamming after his report on me, so if that IS NOT ENOUGH TO PROVE HE IS A LYING RAT then i don't know what is, thanks

No support, collect some vouches and show us you've moved on from those questionable trading practises

 

I'm willing to look past this as everyone who reported/complained about you was DNT'd shortly thereafter for scamming related offences (or ban evasion with the OG reason being that). I do think you were a bit childish in the way you went about handling/responding to the reports and in the conversation, but I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt as it's almost been a year since the TWC issued. Support from me.

@salty dorito You'll be able to dispute your TWC again on July 3rd, 2020 (a month from now). I suggest you get some vouches prior to disputing again as many staff have suggested above.
