[Denied] Donation perks and Miniranks!

Hello friends!

I think at the moment donation perks and mini-ranks need a huge revamp. This is an issue which has been bought up several times by even mod and admins however nothing gets done. https://www.sythe.org/threads/new-perks/. Here is an example of another mod talking about it. [DENIED] Repayment idea.

My suggestion is give better rewards when donating such as different tier prizeboxes etc. At the moment the rewards are pretty terrible. There was no incentive to donate above $200 until recently $500 got pink name in discord and $1k got purple. Even then that amount of money for a colour name change is terrible as discord events winners get a colour change. This is a suggestion which will need more input however just giving tier 1's is terrible and has flooded the market. Also why is there so many gay miniranks but no straight ones whats happened to equality? How about some pictures of hot @Chicks.

I am trying to wrap this up quickly as I still have a couple of uni exams left but even the whole tier system prieboxes are so broken. So many T1's on market and people don't even know what you can get from them resulting in some people getting scammed. Also 3 T1's for T2 then 3 T2 etc for T3 just makes it beyond looking at current prices of all minis.

I think some good rewards would be different tier boxes at different donations saying what you can get from them. Potentially poke prizebox minirank of choice for $500/$1k per donated.

Also this needs really soring out because so many good suggestions are not getting accepted cause the whole system is broken like these 2.[DENIED] Yugioh Miniranks. [DENIED]Millenium item miniranks. There is clearly demand for this stuff and at the moment the minirank market is dominated by hoarders. When you want to sell no one wants to buy but when you want to buy no one wants to sell.

I know this is a bit of a jokey thread but honestly I believe I am making valid points. Also this will allow for much better CDT events in the future as I have some amazing ideas. I am just finishing my university finals in 10 days and would love to help this community. With my suggestions I will make CDT great. I would say great again but it was never great. I will also build a wall between CDT and other staff and make the other staff pay for it.

I think it would be nice to see some changes to mini ranks, easier descriptions via the actual user panel and higher donor perks would be cool on here not exactly sure what could be added but it would make me want to go to $1k ^.^.

Also nice meme about trump and the wall with the CDT, however most CDT have been a pleasure to b.s with <3

i cannot comment on the current state of the donator perks tho as im not a donator, however i heard there is some pretty cool perks that come with it.
as for the Bodgan situation, if you don't like the price of something don't buy it. However im sure a well written up guide with info for newcomers would help people avoid paying a ridiculous amount of $$$ for something which isn't worth near as much as they are asking. I respect peoples hustles tho so aslong as he isnt 'scamming' and is only 'merching' i aint fussed.

is there anywhere which states the price of these thing or does it vary from who you pick them up off? like i assume that's how people got there pokemon mini-ranks, or was some gifted as thanks for a donation? cheers!

 

granted i expect the boxes which give 'pokemon' miniranks to be more expensive than the 'tier1' prizeboxes ofc.

 

Lambasting other users for their business/how they conduct said business, whether you agree with it or not, does not help your cause/this suggestion in anyway. Furthermore, calling someone a scammer, and resolving to belittling users when they disagree with you - opposed to having an objective conversation (not one fuelled by subjective accusations and emotions), does not help either.

Sounds like a good idea, I myself have yet to even get a rank yet so i can't really speak but i wouldn't mind.

 

I've closed this based on the amount of times it's been reported for slander, seems like you both should take things to DMs instead of suggestions
