Did you find a post in which your real name was posted? The ID you've provided doesn't match your email address.

 

No, i don't think i've ever posted my real name in post. i used to do some rwt trades all over games, pokemmo, osrs, etc. I also expected my name to don't match. I used random info on it...


I can give proof of phone number in my possession, and email. I can give a shot to some edited posts i had with skype on (I edited everything so nobody could trace my skype):

maybe miranda.kun or fabio.miranda ? i tried recover that account but it appears nothing, it was a very old account. If you can see my edit on posts, maybe you find those.

I have acess to my email.

I can give you maybe some details like this is the second time i ask to to unluck 2fa, i did it one time some years ago also and it went without any problem.

2FA removals require a lot more information than a hacked account. Email/skype access does not count towards a verification point for 2FA removals.

With the current information you've given, it is not enough for me to remove the 2FA. Feel free to make a new post should you find further information that is not an email/skype match.

Last time i was here, i was asked to upload my ID to prove it's me. After doing it, it was said to me that the name didn't match with my email. So i went to my email to check, and the name is the same...

When i got hacked, it was Video who helped me with unfreezing my account (if that helps)

 

We can't see what name you have registered on your email address. We can only see your email address.

Regardless, I went digging on your profile and found an old post of you mentioning your name and it matches the ID you provided. (Staff see deleted)

I've disabled 2fa on your account. Be sure to re-enable 2fa on your account and keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again - you can use this code once as a 2fa code entry so that you can log in and manually disable it yourself.

Gen told he removed 2FA from account but when i try to change password, it still asks for Sythe 2FA Authentication. Need some help here
