To whom it may concern,

I would like this account and all associated data permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR "Right to be forgotten", Article 17. I hereby formally request you remove any and all details pertaining to myself or any data that might identify me as an individual. I would request that this is followed up and confirmed via email, using the currently registered e-mail address attached to this account

In accordance with GDPR policy, I request the above is carried out within 1 month of this request. If time restricts your from doing this forward evidence for this to the registered email address connected to this account.

Yes, this won't be happening though you can Request a DNT instead.

I'm very sorry that you would like to get your account deleted. Unfortunately, we don't delete accounts and therefore we won't honor your request.
However, you can manually remove your contact details and your current avatar from your profile.
As Wortel said above, you can request a DNT rank - Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank

Due to the way this site functions essentially as a dispute resolution organisation, we need to keep good records. An easy way to do that is not to delete unless required by law.

Since we're not hosted in the EU and not based in the EU we won't be following EU law. The policy on data deletion will continue to be the same as it has always been.
