TWC Dispute after DNT Removal

Link to/reason for TWC:
"Trading while being DNT'ed" even though I didn't login on sythe yet before checking.
I supposedly tried to trade by price bargaining the very own staff member who gave me that DNT on sythe.
Imagine how stupid that would be.
I just didn't login yet thus didn't know i had DNT yet.
The DNT I got for having a double thread on one of my infernal pures I was selling.
An older buyer who bought a 13defence account helped me to sell it, and also posted a thread on sythe (which I already had, I took responsability for this since I forgot to tell him a duplicate thread is not allowed, and my DNT has already been removed a month or 2 ago[1+year at this 3rd application]).

I didn't get many anymore it seems impossible to sell any of my accounts right now, since they're all high worth stuff like infernal pures so I just sold gold at low rate but went second on purpose to show credability. I sold more though but on playerauctions, not via sythe.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Mentioned above.
Previous TWC & disputes if applicable: None.
Anything else you wish to say: Gladiator I'm sure didn't do the TWC on purpose since I never had contact with him before, It's just he thinks it was a righteous TWC. I explain above why that would be too stupid to break the rules in trading with the exact same MOD who gave you the DNT itself. Obvious I didn't check yet nor was it mentioned in our conv.

And ofcourse I still regret not asking more explicitly how to assist me in selling my infernal pure (back then they were 1000-1200$, I sold one for 1275$ on sythe, now value has dropped) and surely not posting a duplicated thread of it on sythe to the buddy helping me since now they dropped a ton in value and I lost reputation...

Hope my thread gets judged with information in mind of my perspective of this + previous sales with never having any disputes.
