After Account Buy and Skill Training its Banned

I can confirm the trade occured, so even though he didn't exactly follow the template, please proceed.

I'll give a timeline of the events that occured as my defense.
- Customer bought the account on May 11th. ( Ironman acc with 99 Firemaking and 70 agil )
- Customer wanted to sell the account back on the same day/half a day after. He had opened the chests and maybe didn't get a reward he was hoping for, or didn't want to continue with the acc or whatever. I offered a low buy-back, as the chests were now opened, the acc was sold as no e-mail registered etc.
- Customer didn't want this, but instead wanted a service of 70-80 agility. I offered to do this for him for a cheap price as before he bought the account, he was interested in a similar acc with 80 agil, but that was sold a couple hours before he showed interest.
- My worker started the service on May 12th.
- The service was completed on May 16th.
- Customer asked me to buy the account back on May 17th.
- Customer told me the account was banned on May 18th.

I am not acusing him of anything. But there are a lot of possibilities here. The worker that completed his service has done at least 50 accounts for me and this is the first one with a ban. I therefor find it unlikely to believe the account got banned because of a RWT IP link. It is possible the customer has botted to gain some additional stats as he planned to sell the account. It's also possible that Jagex has falsely banned the account, or that they suspected the account to be RWTed and banned it for this reason.

To save trouble, neither of us have agreed upon a specific TOS. He was aware a worker completed this service beforehand however.

I do not believe he is entitled to a refund as everything happened after the account purchase. He himself has also played on the account in between.

I am sorry for his loss, but I don't believe I am in the wrong here.

 

Would like to add in that everything was done on Runelite and I have all the screenshots from the 70-80 agility service. It contains the in game name ( not that the acc has value now ) but will therefor share it via disc/PM if requested.
