    Milotic was perm banned for scamming people rsn's. He admitted to scamming tons of sythe users. Were allowed to post users who have scammed info publicly on sythe. As far as I'm aware he hasnt repaid anyone either.

    The user recently requested a DNT. He hasnt cleared his debt or pardoned for his actions. He simply has access to the website. He's still not a full member and would assume not protected until he clears all his debts.
