Which violation you are reporting the user for: Plagiarism, copy pasting?

I don't know who to blame here, but I guess I'll post this to both of them.

I purchased some graphics from @Jason around 5 months ago, and I'm really pleased with them, but searching through the forum today found an user with almost the same banner layout, font, colours, style and that's not nice when you have paid for an 'unique design'

I know it's just graphics but I feel it's just copy pasting layers

i'm not exactly sure what ground you think you have to report this. users can request similar work, and having done literally hundreds of banners they can tend to look alike. you even sent a banner to me when requesting yours that has similarities to the one created but i didn't see you having a fit then

This sums it up. Unless you purchased the exclusive rights in perpetuity (which you didn't, let's be real), there is no problem here.

You can compare it to customizing your car or your house in some way irl and then seeing someone else with similar "custom" work to what you paid for. That's not infringing on your rights in any way.
