1. So, I joined the One Stop XLPC Services discord and was surprised by their very cheap service costs, specifically their combat training and I spoke with the "Owner" of the discord about pricing. He said because of my account's build ( an obby mauler) that i would have to be charged extra due to the slow xp rates (understandable) we negotiate a price, i was pleased with the offer (14.8m) and we meet and trade.
   6 hours later, very very little training was done...leveled my obby mauler's attack to 6 (Account quested by myself) and to put the icing on the cake, their combatant response to ruining my account was that "the cb on the acc was too high anyways, you have too much prayer"... I requested a refund.

Gave him a full refund. Also, the terms and conditions in our Discord state that upon a mistake, we will offer a full refund and that's all we can do, this is not a ''scam''. We can ban whoever we like from our Discord, the reason for your ban was the final message you sent ''Groyper'' that we trained attack ''for shits and giggles'' when we offered a full explanation.

Mate, your services are anything but sketch, your profile has less than a full week here on sythe ( ban evasion?) and you ruined an account that took me several days of ingame time to make and you only apologized and offered a refund. you barely trained the account's stats, you botted the account which i have little proof of ( hundreds of worthless sand crab item drops banked, dropped me in your sketchy group of friends clan chat without my aknowledgement, and your defence is that you are allowed to ban whoever and as long as you give refunds for destroying account builds you shouldnt be banned? k.

 

Explain why you banked "Sand Crab" drops? Never in my 10+ years of osrs has any servicer, myself, or any player gone to sand crabs to bank drops.

Explain why you leveled attack, all the way up to 6 without stopping? Runelite client screenshots every level and you would've been notified after the first level up.

Explain why you continued to train my account's strength after messing up it's stats, hours after you messed up the stats?

Explain why after my response asking you why you destroyed my account you immedietly unfriended and blocked me from your services?

Judging by your newcomer title (1 week on sythe) and 1 (singular) vouches on your vouche page you are not who you say you are.

 

Not going to argue with you. If you think accidentally picking up a couple of sand crab drops when clicking around constitutes as ‘’botting’’ I do not know what to tell you. ‘’Hundreds’’ is certainly an exaggeration if you claim that we ‘’barely’’ trained strength. We notified you instantly upon the mistake, we were not ‘’training strength hours after we messed up the stats’’. Never been banned on Sythe, and Moderators can prove that. If it is ‘’botting’’ as you say, how could the script possibly make the mistake and level up your attack? The worker in question has been disciplined, he accidentally switched the attack style and did not notice because of you naturally AFK at sand crabs (everyone does this). We are 100% hand trained, and always will be. My partner can provide screenshots of him speaking to the worker in question. Like I said, when you make an arrogant comment right after we gave you a refund, I have the full right to ban you from the Discord. We have a clan chat to keep track of workers and their time online, I don’t know what is so sketchy about that.

We are sorry that this has happened as we said in the conversation I posted, this has never happened to us before. But if you want to slander our name merely because you are upset (even though you were aware of the terms and conditions), we do not appreciate that. The ‘’ban evasion’’ comments are rich coming from a user with ‘’TRADE WITH CAUTION’’.

2) One Stop still owes you for fucking up your account though. No idea why he trained you to 6 att. Please come to an agreement on a fair price.

 

Agree with #1. However, for #2, it is clearly stated in our terms and conditions that upon a mistake of this sort we will offer a full refund and that is all we can do. Upon using our services, you agree to terms, therefore, that is how it is settled on our part. Once again, it is unfortunate, however, it is our service rules.

 

@Superfluous Thank you for responding to this post. I spent weeks on this account alone, granted it may take a few days for some but for me it was 2+ weeks training this account. @One Stop xLPC let's settle this debate. A mithril gloves from scratch account is rougly $20-$35. I don't even want that much how's 17m sound?

 

Did the user explicitly agree to your ToS in writing?

Okay, he still owes you unless you expressly waived that right (things like "opening a ticket means you agree to our ToS" don't carry weight on Sythe). @One Stop xLPC please make things right for Sugar.

Since we can not come to a reasonable resolution on the value of the error, I decided to accept HIS alternative of training/questing an account that was identical to his as that is the most fair and reasonable way to resolve the error... however, he declined (?).

Based on the fact that it was in our terms and conditions and he quoted 4 different prices (20m in Sythe pms, 17m here and 15m and 10m and Discord messages), I believe that he is the one being unreasonable here.

I do not believe that I am supposed to pay for the value of the account, but rather the damage caused by the error, which is nowhere close to 10-20m, the account is an Obby Mauler with 51 prayer, getting attack on it with have 0 or little effect on the account's value on the market.

This confirms my suspicions that he did this on purpose. Upon logging into the account, the account had a red topaz machete equipped and an event RPG in the inventory. From the explanation of my worker, he decided to switch to the event RPG for more DPS, but it was already saved on the ''Attack'' attack style. This is very sneaky. I know this because all of my workers have Attack and Defence styles OFF with RuneLite plugins, so he is basically trying to make a quick buck on an already useless account.

 

Waiting hours after a response formulating a way to save a quick buck is pretty low. It's not up for debate, I'll take 07 gold or nothing at all. I would not risk another account being compromised by the likes of you. You have been anything but aware of the circumstances. spend hours coming up with another angled response there bud. And if coming to terms with somebody is you giving your price and then saying No nOt WiThin OUr ToS soRRY HaVE a nicE dAy, then you have not bartered or tried reasoning on a price.

Y'all let any person with malicious intent on sythe? Let me remind anyone reading this that this guy is clearly spending hours before responding, coming up with his own version of the story and WATCHING my forum posts like a dog trying to dig up anything he can to build on.

 

I'll take 15m or nothing at all.
