    Wondering about Fred99 as well. Search bar shows no report on him being filed, he's had very decent vouches and I was thinking about purchasing an account off him eventually. I'm going to guess it's a infraction buildup but, it would be good to know the answer to that if possible though.

    Well that’s not entirely true is it. Boglagold was created by Alch, then ownership of the site was transferred to Arcus. The website was later shutdown. Now the creator of Boglagold (Alch) has made a new website. I doubt Arcus is still around.
