    I've issued a 2 week ban + TWC. This user also hasn't posted from his home IP, therefore I've added a DNT as it seems like this account was created solely for malicious intent given this report. He can dispute that DNT from his home IP when he returns from the ban, however the TWC will remain for this offence here.
