You could use an online tool like wordpress or wix to build on top of existing templates.
The other Legendary option would be to learn HTML/CSS/Javascript :)

What kind of website are you looking to create? If you're looking for a premade format there is dozens of sites for that and some that even provide a bit more freedom like elementor w/wordpress. It's really "What" you're looking to achieve.

EX: Wordpress | Wix | Shoppy | IANOS

This isn't even in the slightest relatable to anything he said.

having a basic website is very simple. You want to first find a vps to host your site on and have a very basic understanding of the linux command line (basic things like cd, mv, text editor, etc). After you have your vps, you want to get a domain name from a registrar such as namecheap. After you buy the domain name (can be very cheap like $2/year), you point the domain name to the ip address of your server. on your server you want to run the commands: `apt-get install nginx`, `mkdir /www/var/[site directory name]`, `cp /etc/nginx/sites-available/default /etc/nginx/sites-enabled`, mv the "default" file in sites-enabled to whatever you picked for [site directory name], and then configure the default file such that root points to /var/www/[site directory name], and server_name is the name you picked from your domain registrar (both sitename.tld and www.sitename.tld). after you configure and run nginx, you can get https by installing a package called certbot. after that you should be able to add basic html to /var/www/[site name]/index.html, go to your browser, and access your site

You can use various free and not only templates, site-builders, code it on your own or just hire specialists who can create one instead of you. My company required a website once and in order not to allocate the time of our specialists we decided to outsource this work to Salesforce. Their developers coped with our projects. Now I'm thinking of Salesforce CRM customization since it gives more opportunities to develop my business.
