Had my account trained and 2 days later its banned.

Trade Description : I had a mith gloves completed pure that I wanted to turn into a 50 94 42 voider (with all the quests needed for it to be perfect)

I contacted rungold and he set a price for it + void

I paid him and he said itll take 20-25 days after the account was completed, I chinned and trained construction to the desired levels, and the day after I get banned 250m+20m + 150m in supplies I also helped their worker which the worker knew about , he was delayed, barely replied and if they did reply it took hours.


His TOS say no logging in but the worker allowed it and he's a representative on rungold so I thought it was ok? Just incase they try to use this against me.

I'm dissapointed because this took 25 days and was a really long / terrible service.
They also closed the ticket I used to communicate with them/see screenshots and such.



Seems to be so common that he has a copy paste for this problem as well? He replied with that within seconds. Lol


You'll probably say "we can't prove who caused it to get banned or his TOS prevent us from doing anything but please take into account this is a common occurrence with him and help me out here please...."

I didn't bot, I even had to help his worker progress because it was taking so long and paid him upfront now I'm out a months time and over 300m total..... Please help.

 

Good, many of the things that @Lundin9 said are not true.

The timeframe that I have given you is 20-25 days (which in my ToS I explain that it is only a reference and not a time written on rock) In the same way it only took 23 days to complete the order.

In other words, from the day my worker finished the action until today, 5 days have passed.

I have linked @Pikachu to the ticket on which the order was being placed.

He will verify that at no time did you ask to login in the action, he only asked: "speed up this process without breaking ToS" which we did not agree to.

Btw, it is very easy to make a screenshot and only place what can help you convenience.

I have sent you that because I am sure that my services have not used bot, my worker has used runelite and the ip is not compromising the acc.

So please stop making accusations and hope someone can help us with this report.

 

Your worker started working on construction after the initial service was completed. 3 days passed and your worker had only gotten 65 Construction, and I told your worker that they work too slow and Ill just take over, so I changed pass and did the 65-83 construction myself. On top of that, only reason your order was finished in 23 days is cause I spent ALOT of hours helping your worker level up stats and quest.




your worker knew I was on the account and did not tell me to log off nor did you, your worker knows your TOS and knew I was on the account to help him because your service was extremely slow




his worker was telling me what he needed help on and what to do on the account while he slept to help speed up the order
I was following rungolds workers instructions how am I at fault for doing so
If anyones at fault its rungold for not teaching his workers to work faster instead of having them have the clients work on their own accounts to finish the deadlines.

Rungolds worker nullified his TOS by telling me what services to do on the account.

, I agree that your TOS say that I cannot log in and you're claiming "I only asked to speed up the process without breaking the TOS", but your worker was clearly telling me what to do to help him during the service period, he told me to do mining and scheduled me to work on the account since the service was so slow I agreed to help.
Your worker broke your TOS and shortly after the completion I was banned, I know I didn't bot on the account and as it seems either your workers IP was compromised or they botted. Why would I pay you upfront , help out on the service to get it done faster and get banned to come deal with a stupid dispute with you.

he clearly knew i wanted it done fast and was going to work on it so he didnt have to.

You shouldn't have employees like this that are going to break your TOS, let the clients slave, and sleep without doing anything all the time.

In the end all I know is that I got screwed over by this service provider. I invested 400m into the account in total and 2 days after it gets completed, the account gets permanently banned. Why would I be the one behind this when I invested so much money into it?

We were paid to complete the following task:

We take all our services via ticket system, informing on our first message, about our TOS.

Id like to point out, service was done and then as i saw user didnt want any more service, i closed ticket.

I was never aware that after the service was already OVER, client was speaking with worker all along, you can see it on his picture, he continued asking for services on our back and as he showed on the picture, he bought 83 construction service.

PLEASE WATCH THE DATES april26, 2020 -- This was ALREADY AFTER OUR SERVICE OF Barrow gloves and DS2 WAS OVER.

This was out of our hands since the ticket was closed. We didnt know this was going on, or else we would of have acted on it.

But since he is lying about the circumstances of his unusual "ban". We are no longer responsable about what happened to your account. We didnt have any access to the account after the service he paid for was completed.

We can also speculate that during the hole duration of the service, he was private messaging our trainer, putting him/her into more pressure, and then trying to re arrange pricing, maybe even cheaper than what we offer for some further training and services.

Our mistake was not knowing that our trainer was speaking privately with our old customer but he was the one to insist and pm our trainers on our back.

Some people just play good guys when its better for them, and then they show as vulnerable when they are discovered

 

I also forgot to mention we have ticket trancript ready for any mods to see.

It seems to me like Lund paid for a service, wanted it done faster, and decided to do some of it himself. The fact that he paid for a 20-25 day service would suggest he wasn't pressed for time, but that's beside the point...

There's no proof that Rungold got your account banned, and the fact that you were logging in and out of it during the time of the service doesn't help your case. If RG wants to refund you partially to help repair his image that's up to him, but he doesn't owe you for getting banned unless you can prove he got you banned, which doesn't seem to be the case. That said, still dispute your ban; maybe you'll win the appeal.
