    [DENIED] Require workers of big service providers to have confirmation on profile page

    I have seen a lot of workers comment on skill services and such, which are using names of big service providers. These are mostly newcomers, and has the picture of the provider, but has no information on their profile page.

    Would it be too much to ask, if the provider can comment on their profile, something like: "This person is working for me as skiller, quester etc."

    Sorry for a short thread, but it's just a smaller thing I have noticed could prevent fast scammers.

    I don't think this should be mandatory for the following reasons:

    - by posting "This person is working for me as skiller, quester etc." on worker's profile page, you give a false sense of trust/liability.
    - Service provider can easily state who his workers are in the original post / his signature / on a discord server
    - One shouldn't trade someone claiming to be a worker without a proper confirmation. If service providers make it hard to confirm, their customers should naturally go somewhere else, or take the risk (it's their option).

    Fake workers are not common enough to add another unnecessary rule, that could lead to other issues (IMO).

    No support for me,

    My workers will happily provide PM's if needed, and they also do not work out of our ticket system in our discord server.

    If someone is to claim to be a worker, and you do not verify then as bad as it is that falls on you. All workers should have viable deposits and such as well, which is the main thing.

    Only a few of us on atm, but as you can see the tier 2 worker is the ones who have earned that position + paid an additional sum to be promoted, tier 1 are equally as good, but obviously have a base deposit (350M)

    I wouldn't ask for them to PM anyone unless they are conducting trades out of my discord or private sales for such things like gold/account and so, as realistically I am liable for anything that comes through my discord server of such services - Meaning I am the person to PM them.

    No support. In my experience as a worker I never contacted anyone, I was always put in touch with potential customers and did what I needed to to give the customer the price they were looking for if possible, and went on with my day doing services. Just cause someone bumps a thread doesn't mean anything, technically anyone can bump a thread for a friend anyways. Could just say they were a friend even.

    No support, if you’re directly purchasing from a service provider, yet there worker is the one doing the work (assuming more or less you were informed) the service provider is responsible for their worker.
    So it should not really matter.
    I feel this could be more of a hassle for service providers because it would also put their workers at risk , in terms of poachers....

    I think if someone is quoting posts, hosting threads or advertising on open service threads the service provider should be held accountable if something occurs and can be proven the provider gave permission to do so.

    However if the "worker" is just someone who quests or does services in general and isn't a public face of the company then no its pointless since generally workers never meet clients.

    However if there is client to worker interaction on sythe then yes I think there should be some security / vouch that shows the provider is giving permission.

    Either way don't think it matters much since we don't see alot of it.

    Half supported if the criteria matches the above.

    I think a guideline (maybe not requirement?) that users working for other users disclose as such in their signatures could be helpful. Profile pages aren't really used for much other than spam so I definitely wouldn't expect to look for anything legitimate there - no support on your original idea, but if there's a reason this would be especially helpful then I could see the signature solution being useful.

    For example I have found this one: 50-60 mining

    This wouldnt be hard at all to copy or anything, and is using the name for good. If that person have permission, I would love to hear if the service provider will compensate if someone gets scammed. There is no warning about you have to contact them at Fyndel, so someone could just pm this guy instead

    yes, we do refund users if they are scammed.

    The fact of the person posting makes no difference, he is clearly telling you where to go for it, and in 99% of cases you only pay someone who is the owner/manager.

    Well yeah, he is telling them where to find them, but nothing directly about you have to order there. I know it’s a low hanging fruit, but new users of Sythe could fall for it.

    Babying new users isnt enough to once again tell people how they want to run their business.
    If the owner of said services is fine with having their workers reach out to the customers directly that is they choice to do so. (this also means if they are NOT okay with it they can deal with it how they see fit as well, it is THEIR business)
    I believe it is up to the person purchasing the service to do enough research to confirm the "worker" is actually partnered with who they claim to be and if they cant do that simple task its their own fault if they get taken advantage of for being lazy.

    No support. Way to much work and people will still get scammed. People don't practice safe trading which is why they get scammed. This isn't going to change that.
