    Explain the service:I came to fredd to get some things done on my zerk that I have been working on for the past year. After spending countless hours on my account I was just exhausted and thought I would get a professional to help me with some final things. Part of the order would raise my prayer level from 44-52. I told fredd it cannot go over level 52 this was extremely important to me and it was my only request in which both him and his worker assured me it would not surpass that level. I repeated this a total of 6 times because I wanted to be certain that no mistake would happen. I knew that if they went over it would ruin the account for me so I tried to take extra pre caution. I thought that if I kept repeating it, that it would prevent a possible careles mistake. Even though the chances of them making the mistake were slim to none, somehow they still managed to deliver me the unfortunate bad news that despite 6 of my warnings they irresponsibly burried bones to get the required prayer level instead of getting the xp from the quest reward. I was extremely upset that despite everything I did to make this go smoothly it literally had the opposite affect. At first fredd denied responsibility for the level gain and tried to blame it on me saying the quest rewards made it go over and it was my fault that I calculated it wrong. For a second I thought maybe it could have been my fault since he claims to be a professional then I quickly realized the order in total only gave 13k xp in prayer rewards and my account had an additional 80k prayer xp! Quite a significant difference. I knew he must of got the rest of the xp burrying bones. When I confronted him that the xp raise must have been from burrying too many bones he insisted they would never have made such an irresponsible mistake. Soon after with all the evidence mounting up he finally admitted it was his fault and gave me a weak bitter apology. He offered me free construction levels because this was something I inquired about raising next for the account. At this point I couldn't care less about construction. Anyone who has accicently gotten 2 def on pure knows the feeling. It makes you not want to play the account. Not only is it cosmetically depressing to look at it affected my combat level which was a requirement for my clan. He proceeded to down play the mistake and told me to just go for 70 prayer. I found this extremely insulting. It showed me how little he understands and or cares about the situation. I didnt spend a year building an account to change the whole build over your mistake. After being told these things happen and being led to believe hes not liable for it and anything he does for me from here is just a gesture of good will. I reluctantly agreed to him getting me construction levels and 95-99 range as some form of compensation. He said he would start in 15 minutes but thats when the ignoring and eventually ghosting really began. Instead of starting the compensation he was still defending himself and complaining that he had to now level my account. He would now begin to ignore me. He would go online and offline without replying to me multiple times so I knew he was ignoring me. After continually messaging him he finally responded that he will start tomorrow. Ever since that he went ghost on me for days now. Its been a week since he was suppose to start. He always replied fast prior to this happening and was always online so I knew I was the reason he suddenly dissapeared. After endless attempts at contacting him I sent him a message that I retract my offer since he didnt start when agreed. I dont trust having him on my account anymore and dont want to have any more future dealings with him period. I was fortunate enough that someone told me he really is liable for the mistake. I understand I wrote alot and would like to thank in advance whoever takes their time out to sort this situation. I very much appreciate your time.

    You and @Fredd seem to have come to an agreement about the extra, free training as compensation. He's been having electricity problems and should be able to get that done soon. He doesn't intend to scam you from what I've heard on discord @astroid

    Apparently something blew up near the guy who was working on your account, and it knocked out electricity in the area. This is one of those things that no one can control.

    We reached a free training agreement a few days ago, 95-99 ranged and 83 build, but I have explained to Astroid that I have had electrical issues and have been unable to start, and have provided proof of this, @astroid contact me soon to get started right away my friend. Ty.

    After we made our original agreement he started to ignore me then eventually flat out denied the details of the agreement. I was then given an option of a new deal and it was basically take it or get nothing. He led me to believe other servers would not offer any form of compensation and I was lucky so I reluctantly agreed. The fact that he didnt start when we agreed upon I hope gives me the right to retract my offer because its one I never wanted in the first place. The event that is linked in the article above occurred days after he was suppose to start and the article itself is nearly a full week after our agreement. The dates dont add up, which leads to me believe this is something that just happened in his country and he’s conveniently using as his defense here. Within an hour of my report his worker messaged me saying fredds electricity was down however above he says to you that it was his workers electricity that was down so either I was lied to or you were lied to or more then likely both us were lied to. Right after the report both of their electricitys were miraculously back up and running like nothing ever happened. I dont buy that. I truly don’t want to play this account anymore and would much rather prefer a refund of the money I paid him along with something extra as a form of compensation so I can restart with a new build. I understand this may be a difficult situation to rule on and I will respect what ever descision the staff of sythe come to. No matter the ruling either way im in a lose lose situation, and neither outcomes will truly be fair to me. Im still having trouble processing the fact that six warnings werent enough to save my account.

    @astroid The chronology coincides correctly on both dates, just the day that his service would begin was when the event occurred according to what the article relates, it may take a little time to read it. This clearing service didn't start long before because there were a lot of services that also had to be completed and I needed a little space and time to start, when I finally managed to schedule their service, what we already know happened.

    You were already ignoring me and suppose to start days before you sent me that message above. I dont understand why you dont just refund me and add some compensation instead of forcing me into a service I dont want and retracted from. I guess this isnt about making things right with the customer and its about how we can minimize fredds loss and make it easiest for him. Sad.

    Can you two come to an agreement here? Maybe some sort of partial refund or something. I can see how the extra pray level makes the account worth less (though not zero) so training its con/range might not be worth that much.
