    Pa still in keep of 350 dollars that's not theirs ...They think they can sneakily steal from people. I am not letting this go until you return the money to the buyer and tell him to give me back the account, or release the money to me.

    @PlayerAuctions I have same issue as OP. It is also important as I have limited time im trying to report that an account i purchased was hijacked by original owner. I have 1 year insurance and its been 11 months.. ticket # 428784

    Update on my case, PA on their site and in the first email they never told me the reason of my suspension. Now, after 2 weeks I got the information that because of the protocol they cant give me any information :D this is so ridiculous.

    They totally ignore my intention to refund the buyer with full amount of money and try solve it like men. They want to keep the 350dollars and they think by ignoring they will get rid of me.

    How do you feel every day scamming people like that?

    Hi,

    I have been waiting for my phone number to be changed on my account for over 1 week after submitting the evidence. I currently have $880 in my balance that I am unable to withdraw. Support ticket is; 424414


    Unless I receive the money I may have to start the process to recover the account as no payment has been made by PA or any attempt to resolve the matter.


    I have provided you with all the information to change the number, change my disbursement method and then withdraw my money.


    You have taken 17% of my money yet provide 0 customer support and fail to respond to multiple messages.

    HI Player Auctions

    Extremely frustrated at attempting to purchase an account
    Last week purchased one just fine using GPay

    This time everytime I submit the order it comes up saying Order Closed - I have tried multiple payment methods, including card, skrill GPay
    And I have also verified my details via the required screenshots
    Order iD attempts : 6045841, 6045852, 6045861, 6045888, 6046274

    Please note I just needed ONE account of the above (all the same account with multiple listings by Wizards shop)

    Customer support has been of NO help what so ever, giving me no information to continue the transaction merely saying "please cancel the order"

    Please advise as this is extremely frustrating

    Hey guys, I can't find out why from my end because rdxd is an old member and the orders should be going through. Have you checked rdxd if the real name in your PA account exactly matches the name on the GooglePay account you're using? This is the only thing I can think of. I tried to look but there are no longer any open orders I can work on asking for verification.

    You are bunch of scammers that have no right to have its own accouunt here on sythe ... Scamming people is against sythes policies so the only one acting against the rules is you .... I wont ever stop until you release the money for my sold account.

    It was a huge mistake to put my trust into your site. Cost me my osrs account that I spent so much time on, and you take all the money for it with no discussion and no right

    What is the problem? My reputation is positive.

    Hi there PlayerAuctions Guru, I'm hoping you can help solve my problem.

    I recently made three successful sales through the PlayerAuctions platform. All three sales were completed with the buyer verifying reception of the goods.

    The last time I made a sale (last spring) Paypal was a disbursement option. It is no longer an option. I signed up for a Skrill account, and it is active and waiting to receive the disbursement. When I tried to update my disbursement from Paypal over to Skrill, the PA site wouldn't accept the change because the email address on my skrill account is the same as the address on my paypal account. The PA site just said "no change to make" even though I had obviously clicked on the SKRILL radial button.

    To fix my disbursement address so I could accept disbursement, I opened SUPPORT TICKET NUMBER 431420.
    The front line tech started to help me. They even called my cell phone on the account to verify the change I was looking to make. The technician said they were going to transfer my ticket to 2nd level support.

    Three days later, with no response from any 2nd level team, I received an email saying that my account was suspended. The email had no information as to why I was suspended other than "policy violation." My only actions taken so far have been to complete three sales succesfully, and then I tried to update my disbursement method because you won't allow paypal anymore. Then, I opened a ticket when your site wouldn't update my disbursement to Skrill. Then, I'm magically suspended?

    I opened a second ticket regarding the suspension, and after three days of ZERO response in the ticket, I'm appealing to you for help.

    The site will not allow me to access any of my information now except for the support pages, and no one will respond in either of my support tickets (one for suspension and one for disbursement change). The one page that I was allowed to access was the disputes page, and that page shows that I have NO DISPUTES on record at all.

    Please help me.

    Hi @PlayerAuctions , so I have cancelled this transaction however as you can see, it has not been credited by PA

    The transaction went from pending in my bank account to now fully gone through despite no goods being received and no order being fulfilled
