When is a good time to report a scammer? I shopped around pretty hard last night for a pvm ready account and alot of good inquiries came through and I just tried to pick the best looking account coming from someone with some selling history. The guys seems real straight forward and was working with me even tho this was my first time buying a rs account. I handed over my osrs gold for my part of the transaction after he told me he was having a problem changing the email over to the new one I told him, That was at 1130 last night. What's odd and keeping me from reporting him is if he did scam me it was for a good amount less them some of his past transactions went for. Just wondering if maybe I should be a bit more patient or would it be wise just to call him out right away.

I would make the report sooner rather than later. Gonna close this thread but I'd encourage you to do it immediately. You can title it "xxxxx slow delivery" or "xxxxx dispute" if you're worried that saying "xxxxx scammed me!" may ruin your deal. Too often people wait to report and the scammer goes and steals from a bunch of people.
