Hi, so i am pretty casual lifter, like to hit the gym like 3-5x times a week(not atm ofc). Thought maybe someone who is trainer and knows little bit more, why its fucked up? I usually do EZ bar close grip, hammer curl, dumbell curl and maybe sometimes cables too, but usually 3 exercises 4x10. One person told me that genetics play role here, but need more opinions for that :)
Anyway on the first picture is my left hand biceps and other 3 is right. Pictures aint the best, but can see that isnt straight at all :D

Based solely on what you've mentioned above, it's most likely genetics. Unlikely, but it could also be innervation or circulation. My dominant arm (right), is also smaller than my left.

There's some bro-science theories that as we use our dominant arms far more often than our weaker arms, that their base level of strength always goes up (without effecting the bicep size), and thus when you workout, the stimulation and hypertrophy occurring in your dominant arm is not taking as much as a toll on your arm, than your weaker side.

Other bro-science theories speculate the opposite, that, you use your weaker arm far more in daily life (lifting shopping bags, opening doors, general arm usage), and thus the weaker arms forearms and biceps will overtime become bigger than the dominant hand.

No real way to tell. If you're that worried, consult a specialist.

Thats why i like to do usually dumbells lately, i think i my left arm is more involved than my right arm, while doing curls with bar.

Ah im not that worried, seems like i just have to live with it i guess :)

IMO it’s solely genetics that I’m looking at in these pictures, plays a huge role in everything, I mean my whole left side is slightly smaller than my right and I’ve been training for so many years! Personally I wouldn’t even be worried about it, if I turn my arm the exact same way you have here mine is kind of similar. Kind of looks like your arm is semi relaxe and not tensed. How tall are you? I find taller people have a harder time filling out than shorter people, especially around the arms, either way your arms are looking well defined for sure!

Also a fact that your stronger arm will take over in dual arm movements, I do a lot of calistheinics and this is a constant issue especially with one arm movements, if I feel my stronger arm is taking over, or my leg for example I will ease of on the stronger to allow my weaker arm to bare the load more!

im around 191cm(6,3ft+). I think probably would be smart to do close grip pull ups to focus on that outer side of biceps?

I’m 6”3 also, have the exact same bicep shape o_O for sure, close grip will help build the outer biceps, close grip pull-ups, close grip EZ bar curls and even close grip pull downs, ultimately though I just think it’s genetics

You have longer muscle bellies so they gonna take some time to fill out as compared to a shorter person, even if the bicep shape stays the same it’s jusr them gens baby :p

Yeah bro somethings not right there.

it’s been mentioned above but I would reduce the amount of exercises you are doing where you are using both arms in the curl (ez bar curls).

Focus more on isolation of the muscle and focus on each arm at a time. That way one arm isn’t working harder than the other and therefore outgrowing the other arm.

I would also incorporate some negative curls into your work outs where you are working eccentrically ( lowering phase of a curl ) and really focus on controlling that eccentric movement. Hope this helps pm me if you have anymore questions.

    It'll be daily work.

    - brushing your teeth
    - lifting something heavy
    - fapping
    - opening doors etc.

All of this adds up to imbalance. Completely natural though.
