Which violation you are reporting the user for: Misuse of middleman
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I saw a user has been TWCd for this, hence I'm guessing this is applicable.

I saw this thread from runebob : ⭐ $500+ DONOR → RuneMob's MM Services ← SAFE [24/7] 600+ VOUCHES! ⭐

I added him, asked him to middleman he said sure agreed on a price. He asked me whats the trade for, I told him to which he kinda swerved the direction to tell me that he would like to do the service for me instead.

Also a few days later I posted the thread asking for ironman skilling, and a user PMd me, I checked his TWC and what it was for and I saw it's the same thing Runemob tried to do. Which made me come to the conclusion it's against the rules here (most likely*), and in a fair world the same thing should be applicable to everybody.

Nothing personal but it's kind of scummy to try do that, because the intentions are obvious and nothing out of courtesy or an act of kindness.

This isn't as egregious as the other case but I agree that middlemen should not be trying to snipe deals - TWC'd.
