Vansftw recovering/reselling account

Seems to have bought this account in Dec 2018 (vouch here)
And then sold the same account in:
-Jan 2019 (user claims he was scammed here)
-Mar 2019 (proof here, vouch here) <-- buyer was banned 2 months after
-Apr 2020 (proof here, vouch here) <-- buyer was @Spartacus2111

I believe this account was not delivered to the first buyer (who failed to make a report), was recovered from the second buyer (who is now banned), and was resold to @Spartacus2111 without mention of the prior two sales or the fact that @Vansftw was not the original owner.

I think this merits a TWC for failure to disclose an account's history and a DNT unless he can provide proof of repurchasing the account between Mar 2019 and Apr 2020.

You're not DNT'd for the alleged scam. You need to provide proof that you repurchased the account from @Ramsamy7 before selling it to @Spartacus2111.

Also mfw you're trying to claim those are not the same account. Wanna explain why you made 3 pures with 99 agility?

@Vansftw has received a 3-month ban and also has been given a "Don't trade rank" which limits his use of the site and he will not have it removed unless he provides the necessary proof or resolves the situation
