Playerauctions still in keep of 350$ thats not theirs, they havent returned it to the buyer nor me ... Accused me of reclaiming accounts while I didnt claimed any and suspended my account right after 350$ was sent into their hands. This is real sueable stuff

 

They probably do this to sellers with low number of orders ... BEWARE USING PLAYERAUCTIONS

  Since almost two weeks I'm waiting for phone number change without any actions made (used old account which had phone number I used years ago). It starts to look a bit suspicious to me because it prevents me to withdraw balance I have on my account from recent transaction...

The state of Playerauctions has been absolutely embarrasing. Taking a month to update a phone number. Wondering how long this website will be up for.

@PlayerAuctions @Oldrs123 tried to buy one of my accounts and his payment got declined , and actually few others got their payment declined too and they were charged for it and they are waiting for refund even though all of them have confirmed their identity and verified their payments , but playerauctions keeps declining payments and suggesting to use bitcoins .
can you please help .

I sent my payment via USDC via Coinbase but 25 minutes after the payment was completed the order was never updated to pending delivery. I filed a ticket over a week ago. I received one response 5 days ago that offered to either refund me via crypto or as site credit. I said site credit would be fine, but I have not heard anything in 5 days despite numerous requests for any follow up.

Hi, i was wanting to purchase an account on Playerauctions but everytime i wanted to purchase the account ($425.05) it keeps getting declined, im currently paying with my debit card but seller keeps insisting to use Bitcoin.. Only issue is my bank will not allow Cryptocurrency. Please help.

I wonder why sythe still supports them? Looks like they're scamming more than actually doing business lately. It's been exactly a month today and i've had 2 replies and still no number changed. These people deserve an explanation for your horrible and embarrasing support @PlayerAuctions

 

i don't agree with you saying they scam , i have been working on playerauctions for 2 years as a seller , and lots of clients buying from me and are very satisfied , but i do believe that they need to upgrade there system in lots of areas .

 

Seeing as they've previously closed 2 of my support tickets without an answer and the third one has been open for a month, i'm a relative new seller with around 50 auctions. I don't see how it will take a whole month to change a phone number after all the required documents have been sent.

 

Hello, I have been trying to get two order payments verified. I submitted all required information requested in both tickets, the order numbers are 6004566 and 6004115. Both payments have processed without issues on my end and are pending a response from your end.

I'm very sorry about this order; the payment was declined due to the usual security flags and considerations made by our system. Unfortunately I can't suggest anything on this other than to try Skrill or BTC as a payment, since Google can be easily declined.

Hello. I'm sorry I won't be able to bypass the restriction for this, it's getting declined due to security reasons. As for your Skrill, the limitation is with your Visa. Try using a different funding source or contact them to ask for more verification options. It's very likely you haven't fulfilled their requirements for a full verification yet.
