Jagex banned my account

So 7 days into his service he gets my account banned for real world trading?
It was bglove service for 125m and he refuse to give me any refund on top of getting my 99hunter acc banned is this acceptable?

You are saying in your ToS that your doing handmade service so any macro ban would not be from you basically that is what every single person here would understand from that text. Now, you get me banned for "RWT Gold farming" 7 days into your service, its undisputed that your responsible for this and you refuse to compensate me?

Where I only had 28 qp and few trained skills.
In the service it was agreed to pay 80 M and the rest as when the service has advanced and began on April 7.
On April 8, I wrote to him and told him that I needed more gp, because he only left 500 K in the account and with that I could not level the other skills.

On April 15, he received a second update very early in the morning, and I asked him for the second part of the money to continue the service. In addition to this, I told him that it was not 3 M, but 5 M that was needed in total, Gp that I put from my account for his and that they would be reimbursed as agreed.

@tripnfall, If your claim point is that I exchange gp, if I did, and it was 5 M for the training of your account. So I think your claim is without foundation.

There's no way to prove if any botting, rwt, goldfarming, etc. was going on or if the ban was a total accident. However, the ToS you agreed to state that @Fredd isn't liable if the account gets banned, so I'm ruling in his favor here.

However, @Fredd does owe @tripnfall back for whatever portion of the service was not completed. It seems like roughly 2/3 of the service was completed, so @Fredd keeps 80m and @tripnfall keeps 40m. Conveniently, 80m has already been paid, so I think we're all set here. Sorry for your loss.
