Situation:

- User in question "Bought" a Sniped Planet RSN off Gucci (name sniper) and then is trying to sell it.

So, my first instinct was to approach Assassin and Alex to figure out who MMed the trade and who Xferred the name (as it would 100% get sniped by other snipers like Colt). Assassin wasn't a part of it. And so, I asked Alex if he transferred the name and MMed the trade since the user who bought it wouldn't go first for 1b+ with a newcomer account or a ban evader. Same logic with these other reports when someone accidentally bought a RSN off Gucci:

Alex said yes he did transfer it and after I asked him more regarding who's discord ID the seller was, he declined to respond and changed his mind and stated that he didn't actually transfer it.

And so, I approached YourSpawnDaddy, the current owner of the sniped RSN, to find out what Discord he bought it off of. Similar to Alex, he declined to respond.

Both parties know that Gucci is a name sniper; however, they don't want to provide proof of the trade or what the discord ID of the seller was when they bought it off Gucci. As a result, it seems that they're both trying to protect him.

As they won't reveal this information, it's awfully suspect so I need to file this report to find out more regarding the user who sniped this RSN or whether the current seller is the sniper or whether current name traders are still assisting Gucci.

(FYI to the Mods) Given how Gucci in the past knows how to forge Discord conversations, screen share + refresh cache would probably be needed if you ever look at proof.

Hey @Amy I have no issues providing proof directly to the Sythe staff upon request it. But first a few things that are important:
Sythe staff I can provide unblurred photos and gif's upon request since I would rather try to avoiding leaking the rsn in question.
1) Why are you making the report if you're not the victim? Nor did you even check with the victim recently to get an updated perspective. If you had done the most BASIC of investigating you would have found everything solved and Gift happy. One message and all this information you are requesting would have been irrelevant. So, please, go message Gift and see what is said.

2) An agreement was met with the owner of the name in which every part left the table happy which was something I was not required to do.

3) Neither myself nor Alex were aware the name was sniped upon my purchase of it (Gucci transferred for me)

4) I see a lot of accusations here with very little evidence. If you'd like to create a report I suggest have evidence ready.

5) I would also like to note that Alex saying he transferred the name was taken out of context. Alex did not transfer the rsn in question to me. But he had transferred it for the previous owner Gift beforehand and transferred the name I gifted (hah, get it, his name is Gift?) to the victim. But does it matter if he had transferred it? If he had he would have had no knowledge just like I did. Also i think it's important to note that Alex's first language is not English so misinterpretations do happen occasionally. As you can he corrected himself.

6) Buying a name off someone known for sniping shouldn't be punishable. Precautions were taken in case before the deal was made. ^ Previous report of punishment for leaking names. While this isn't exactly the same I still do believe something should be done.
Why should I be punished for dealing with a user while Amy is actively making deals with Majora a known name sniper who is still active as well, reselling his names and obviously being involved directly with him.

Also, according to Amy should we make it illegal to make deals with banned users completely? Just because they are banned and have a bad reputation is it a rule to never conduct business with them? I took precautions to make sure the name was not stolen and an agreement was made with the victim to make sure they were happy in the end even though it wasn't required. If Amy had checked with the victim instead of attempting to make a report to make both Alex and myself look bad she would have heard directly from Gift that we came to a happy conclusion.

 

Can't beleive you're just wasting mods time for this when I already fully explained to you everything I know.


What happenned from my perspective:

Spawn is one of my Discord Admins and we have a deal where he is allowed to sell 3 names under my list for his work around my discord. He already owns 3 names in my list and sunday 2:39PM told me he just received a new big name and he would self-advertise it.

I had no issue with it and simply asked him if he bought it from assassin or something since weirdly enough he didn't ask me to transfer it for him.

I broke up with my 4 years relationship on saturday so haven't been around much since then and legit cbf with this report but I never had a report before and you've legit just pissed me off with this right now. I get it, you found an opportunity to slander my name, fair play to you.

Yesterday Spawn PM'ed me saying he felt extremely bad and worked out a deal with the victim. There's a reason spawn is an Admin in my discord, he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met and this is another reason i'll forever respect him. Unknownly buying a stolen name is not against the rules. He could have stepped out of this without any trouble but being the nice guy he is, he felt bad and really wanted to give back something to the victim who got botsnipped and decided to give him a 850m name + 150m 07 gp because he was sorry for the guy's loss.

The 2 hour call included him explaining the situation then came the whole MM deal (Spawn giving the 850m name + 150m 07 + pay 180m out of his pocket for the transfer risk I was taking). I did leave the 3man group after completition so I have no screenshots from this but the victim (GIFT#3285) was extremely thankful to spawn. I did the transfer everything went smooth and these 2 guys had an agreement which stated Spawn was now fully the owner of the Planet name and is now allowed to play/re-sell it as he wish.


Earlier when you were harassing spawn about it while he was trying to have some sleep from his nightshift, I did say Yes I did the transfer for the planet name, but I had the other name he gave to the victim in mind, that's my mistake and I did correct myself few mins later. He did receive it from gucci, not me. I was only involved as the name transferer for Spawn and the victim. So I have NO IDEA what discord ID/Unique ID were when you asked me.


Very good job leaking the actual Name, people gets banned on sythe for this just saying.

 

1) Gift the discord user is one of my name customers and I've talked to him before making this. I fully understand the situation and the reason I made this report was to find out what discord you got the name from and if the trade actually happened.

2) The users in question have long-standing relationships in regards to working with name snipers outside of solely purchasing RSNs, which is why the premise of this report is not baseless. This was to find out more regarding a possible future report.

3) Alexandre, you could have gotten the RSN back to your customer with your deal with Gucci. However, you refrained from doing so, ended up benefiting from transfer fees for a weirdly priced RSN, and helped Gucci profit off the whole situation, instead of returning the planet back to the original owner from the start.

1) So you're telling me you heard from Gift what happened and fully understand the situation yet still needed to create this report for your own curiosities sake?

2) That sounds like phishing for information and wasting the moderators time here considering the report you made is about a Rare Runescape name specifically. The details were given to you and you know the situation so why the sudden 180 on making this about a relationship instead of on the ownership of the name?

3) Could you elaborate on your third piece? What RSN could I have gotten back and what deal do I have with Gucci? Unless you're speaking about Alexandre (please be more specific since there are two Alex's here currently). Alex never transferred the name in question. I paid him a fee out of my own accord to give Gift a new name in addition to 150m GP. I originally offered to return the name and take the loss of what I paid for it as a stupidity tax but Gift disagreed with that and didn't want me to be at a loss so we struck the deal seen here. Next time you want to make a report please have your facts up to date with the person you're supposedly trying to help.

 

3) I woke up and Spawn had already bought the name I didn't know who did steal it in the first place, either it was Colt, Gucci or other botsnippers, or even manual snipers, I did not know.


Since we are going to talk about being associated with well known name snipers without and substantial proof lets discuss your situation with Majora a well known name sniper now banned for Sythe for his actions.


You personally have 6+ names that majora was secretly selling and somehow magically appeared in your stock while they haven't even got transfered. One which was being sold for 800m 07 you trust them enough to not even transfer it? Sketch.

You're deffinitly not the right person to judge Spawn's mistake.

 

I agree with Alexandre, I too would like to know how you seem to consistently come into the possession of Majora's names. That can't be a coincidence.

 

Also @Amy as I posted in my violation report against you please reply in a new response versus editing a single response. It could cause misinterpretations.

 

Sounds awfully strange coming from the person paying Gucci to snipe other people's RSNs and not your own.

I just asked about the discord of where the sniped name came from and if the trade was legitimate. Btw, Gucci already reported me over this numerous times and I DMed Mods further information.

Your discord is useless when you constantly pay literally the biggest name-sniper to secure your "name transfer business" and not actually anti-scam any names back.

If you had actually good intentions instead of just making money the original owner would have his name back after it was sniped.

@Amy the original owner was immediately offered his name for free when I found out the name was sniped and got his contact. Please don't try to make Alex look bad by these once again baseless claims.

 

Since selling sniped RSN's is bannable feel free to ban me and Amy since we're both in possession of sniped names (Though I offered to return it at a loss to Gift and then paid for the ownership for no reason other than I felt bad about the entire situation. I will turn over the name I have to Sythe or directly give it to Gift happily so long as Amy does turn over the sniped names she miraculously received from Majora and receives the same punishment. This will do what both Amy and I seem to want. To clean up the community from sniped names being sold. Amy can't hold double standards in this case. You want sniped names sellers banned? Then you have to include yourself here.

Plus I think we can agree that this post has been more about throwing shade at Alex and making him look bad than the name I'm in possession of.
