    • In June 2019, I sold a Fortnite account through Playerauctions. ~3+ months later, the buyer filed a dispute, so I recovered the account. I did not try to argue the dispute in any capacity, yet to my surprise, Playerauctions still ruled in my favor. At this point, I should have returned the account (& I realize that now). However, I was bitter/angry, and didn't do so.
    • Fast-forward and I've applied for a moderator position. This situation came to light, and TySimpson approached me about it. Upon doing so, I handled everything horribly & came off as, unapologetic, and quite frankly - just flat out rude.
    • Ty & Video created a report against me for off-site blackhat (completely warranted, I messed up) & I received a ban.
    • I rectified the situation without hesitation by returning the account to the buyer, along with the original email address, etc. (refer to previous pardon request)

I made my apologies in my last pardon (12/27/2019) and stand by them. I had a lapse in judgement that led me to handling the situation in a very poor manner and I have no excuse for my actions. I value my reputation and longevity on Sythe.. and have learned from my mistakes.

I've always strived to be an asset to the community, whether it's helping new members navigate the forums, helping folks file scam reports, providing thoughtful feedback on suggestions, praising staff/community members when they're doing something well, etc. This event is something I'm completely ashamed of. I appreciate everything you guys/gals giving me the opportunity to put this behind me. As I mentioned in my first request, something like this will never happen again.

I'm really looking forward to being given the opportunity to rejoin the community. A lot of you folks are a family to me.
