Appealing my twc on my account

Greetings friends, I am currently appealing my twc that was placed yesterday, currently I am accused of using bot in an account only because no screenshots were provided at the end of the service, as a service provider I assume it was a It was a mistake not to provide screenshots to the client, but there is no reason to think that a trustworthy and honest service provider uses bot in his work every day, we all know that the use of bot is prohibited and causes jagex to prohibit the account automatically, with this I mean that it is not convenient for a trainer to use bot on accounts of customers , I have almost 1 year working as a service provider and I consider myself a professional, honest and responsible person with vouches who verify my work with my clients daily , I hope this can be of use, my best wishes

I've removed your TWC. In the future, if a customer requests that you take screenshots of you training their account and you say "ok" to that request, we will expect you to provide those screenshots. If you cannot, you may receive a TWC. It's probably safest to just take screenshots for all the training you do to prevent this from being an issue.
