I have found a 100% safe and also a non combat way of Tranfering from lets say a level 138 to a level 3. Any Level i can tranfer from to. both must be a member.

Takes roughly 5 mins to Tranfer 1.5m You can do this for however long you want. No limit because jagex dont know.

I am offering my service to anyone i am not telling anyone how to do it because jagex can easily patch..

Prices are as follows

100k = I tranfer 95k and keep 5k

1mil= i take 50k

10m= i take 500k

11mil+ i take 10%

I do go first since i dont have any vouches
