You remove all the valuable items from your account that aren't required for the service
I am not responsible for any loss of items, you must remove them before giving me access
Service is paid upfront, not during or after
Refunds or partial refunds are only given if I am not able to complete your order
I may decline your order (rare cases such as me not being comfortable on a HCIM or a backlog of orders)
I am not responsible for bans/mutes/loss of hcim status/loss of wealth/... I do these services myself by hand
You may not log into your account during the service unless being specifically told you can
If you do it may result in cancellation of your order without a refund
You must change your password after the service is completed
