The argument @North_ster is trying to make here is invalid because any concerns of him being double spent were gone when the user who got scammed said he didn't mind waiting for the confirms if he was so worried about that. The money ultimately went through, therefore he's required to pay out the order, but judging by his troll response to the report after Veng asked for him to make things right (has been deleted) I'm going to just issue a ban seeing as that won't happen.

The ban will expire in 3 months and he will keep a permanent DNT (market-ban) that will require him to refund/successfully pardon to have it removed.
